These are decorations for a plant or tree during the Wangzaah holiday.
The wishing balls are a pair of hollow or blown glass balls. Wishes or prayers to Wang Sorenson are placed into the first ball and dirty jokes or naughty limericks are placed in the second ball to "balance out the pointy."
